Dr. Koji Otsuka serves as an Associate Professor and Chief of the medical staff in Department of Gastroenterological and General Surgery, School of Medicine, Showa University. Dr. Otsuka is also the Executive Director of Surgery in Department of Esophageal Surgery, Showa University Hospital, Tokyo, Japan. His specialties include Upper GI surgery, Esophageal surgery, Minimally Invasive Surgery, and Endoscopy (Diagnosis, Treatment (EMR, ESD)).
Dr. Koji Otsuka is teaching young colleagues for next operator of thoracoscopic esophagectomy for Esophageal cancer and Laparoscopic operation for Gastric cancer (LTG, LDG, LPG, etc), Gastroenterological Endoscopy and Endoscopic Mucosal Resection (EMR) and Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection (ESD) for early esophageal and gastric and colonic cancer.
